A cozy stay with friendly service

We had an enjoyable stay with exceptionally friendly staff who made us feel at home. The breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order, a lovely surprise to start our day.

Our room, while clean, was a bit small and had some traffic noise from outside. It wasn't a major issue, but it did detract from the overall ambiance.

free car park, close to city centre, haunted pub atmosphere

The decor is desperately outdated with peeling wallpaper and worn carpets!!! The family room feels dreary and uninviting, not a space to relax in!!! This place could use a serious refresh to lift the gloom!!!

Decent stay with some hiccups

The location is sweet, just a short walk to the city center, and the free parking was a major plus. I had a family room which was a bit cramped and kinda needed a clean. The food was okay, but a bit slow coming out. Could’ve been better overall.

Superb service from the staff who really knew how to make you feel welcome. The pub food was delicious , especially the steaks and even had a fun quiz night that brought everyone together.
